He is recognized as a subject matter expert in the full life-cycle of HTM operations — including quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and direct P&L management. Steve has built, led, and stabilized programs of varying scale, integrating technical rigor with operational reliability across complex healthcare environments.
As a collaborator with OpTara, Steve contributes national-level expertise in Clinical Engineering, supporting clients in strengthening technology management, elevating program performance, and ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
