His experience spans enterprise-level responsibility across facilities, clinical engineering, supply chain, laboratory services, pharmacy, and system support operations.
He previously led a large health system’s project management office, strengthening enterprise execution and building the structures required to support throughput, reliability, and sustained performance. Most recently, David served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Engineering, integrating technology, safety, and operational readiness across multi-hospital environments.
During COVID, David led all enterprise support services for a national health system, delivering operational stability across laboratory, pharmacy, facilities, and supply chain functions under extreme demand.
He also brings deep experience in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations — aligning systems, governance, and operating models to stabilize performance and accelerate value realization in newly combined organizations.
