With a foundation as an Industrial & Systems Engineer and a Registered Nurse, she brings a rare combination of clinical insight, operational expertise, and technical design capability to the development of high-performing construction delivery programs.
Her leadership spans strategic capital planning, construction program development, mergers and acquisitions integration, and quality and process improvement. Amanda has worked across community-based, academic, research, military, and international healthcare systems, earning a reputation for building high-trust, high-performing teams that deliver large, complex projects with precision and alignment.
As a Lean Black Belt, she brings deep expertise in healthcare operations and workflows, driving efficiency, reducing cost, and ensuring that construction delivery programs are grounded in operational reality and support safe, reliable, and patient-centered care environments.
